We're hearing plenty about Redundancy in the news lately. Some people are getting statutory redundancy only, while others are getting 5-6 weeks per year of service. Most people when they get their Redundancy Payment will be delighted and scared (it's a stressful time). And very confused.

How did they get that figure? Why is tax being charged? Do I have to do anything?
